Threaded Fasteners Nuts & Bolts of the Game: Tide given some motivation

Alabama is the favorite to win a sixth national championship in the last 12 years.

Everyone acknowledges Nick Saban’s incredible success. But even a dynasty needs a “nobody believes in us” rallying cry.

The folks at Pro Football Focus have provided just that.

While Tide fans are wondering if Will Anderson and Chris Allen will be the greatest outside linebacker in college football history, PFF just released its top five players at the position. Neither Anderson nor Allen was included.

The list featured Oregon star Kayvon Thibodeaux and Texas A&M’s Demarvin Leal plus some guys from Oklahoma, Michigan and Cincinnati.

But they didn’t include Anderson or Allen. Apparently, nobody believes in them.
