Threaded Fasteners Tighten Up: NCAA needs to think of the fans

Virginia played Dallas Baptist today for a coveted spot in the College World Series. The game was played in Columbia, S.C., and that’s unacceptable.

I know there had to be some special accommodations made to account for COVID-19 testing and procedures. But both Dallas Baptist and Virginia were willing to do what was needed to make it host the huge event for each school. Instead, the three-game series was played in front of just a few curious people in South Carolina.

The NCAA needs to Tighten Up and treat the teams and their fans to the experience they have earned for a spectacular season.

For Threaded Fasteners, I’m Randy Kennedy with Tighten Up.
