FUSE PROJECT’S LIP SYNC BATTLE- Thurs 6pm (doors open), 7pm (show), Soul Kitchen, Downtown Mobile

Party for a Purpose! Come see 7 teams from the community (including Team iHeart) unleash their inner rockstar as they battle it out on the Soul Kitchen stage at the 4th annual Lip Sync Battle! Every dollar raised will be channeled towards Fuse Project’s $100,000 goal to expand education, community wellness, and housing opportunities in the Avenue.  CLICK HERE  

40th Annual INTERSTATE MULLET TOSS- Fri/Sat/Sun 10am-until, Flora-Bama Lounge, Perdido Key

Those who participate in the Mullet Toss will throw a dead mullet over the state line of Florida and Alabama to see who gets the farthest. Mullet tossing for CHILDREN begins at 10am, with ADULTS at 12 noon on the beach. Proceeds from every mullet tossed will go to Local Youth Charities, including local schools’ education and prevention programs from the Community Drug & Alcohol Council.  CLICK HERE   

PENSACOLA CRAWFISH FESTIVAL- Fri 11am-11pm, Sat 10am-11pm, Sun 11am-5pm, Seville Square & Fountain Park, Downtown Pensacola

The festival features thousands of pounds of crawfish fresh from Louisiana and boiled up by Pensacola locals, Cordova Crawfish Company. We also feature other delicious food and festival treat vendors, the coolest festival merchandise around, live Cajun, Blues and Zydeco music all weekend and a FREE Kids’ Activity Area. CLICK HERE

Join the City of Mobile Parks & Recreation Department for Movies in the Park this spring! This is a free event in which you can hang out, play games, snack, and watch movies with us. Movies in the Park includes screenings of eight different movies in four different parks and community centers. The City of Spanish Fort is excited to welcome over 40 presenters, interactive activities, food trucks and live demonstrations to the 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center. GULF COAST WHALE FESTIVAL- Sat 9am-3pm, Casino Beach Pavilion, Pensacola Beach

Life-sized models of Gulf whales will be on display, including the Rice’s whale—one of the world’s rarest and most endangered animals. Educational exhibits and activities will tell the story of Gulf whales and marine life, and a puppet parade led by local artists showcases the ecology of the Gulf. CLICK HERE
